Nairobi, Kenya, 14 to 15 October 2026: The Permanent Representative of Sierra Leone to the United Nations, H.E. Dr. Michael Imran Kanu, took part in the Regional Conference of Prosecutors on Accountability for Conflict-Related Sexual Violence, convened by the Conflict-Related Sexual Violence Prosecution Network.
Ambassador Kanu addressed the conference and joined a panel discussion alongside Revai Makanje of the United Nations Development Programme (Rule of Law, Justice and Security) and Kim Thuy Seelinger of Washington University.
